Family Program

Serves homeless single mothers living with HIV/AIDS and their children. The children may or may not be HIV+.

  • 12 apartments on a Jerusalem House site
  • Counseling, case management, and resident “individual service plan” development
  • Personal care assistance when needed
  • On-site Learning Center with computers/internet
  • Tutoring for the children and the mothers
  • Support groups for the children and the mothers
  • Recreational and social activities
  • Mandatory monthly community meetings
