Serves homeless single mothers living with HIV/AIDS and their children. The children may or may not be HIV+.
- 12 apartments on a Jerusalem House site
- Counseling, case management, and resident “individual service plan” development
- Personal care assistance when needed
- On-site Learning Center with computers/internet
- Tutoring for the children and the mothers
- Support groups for the children and the mothers
- Recreational and social activities
- Mandatory monthly community meetings
