How to Apply for Residency
Applicants for housing with Jerusalem House are referred through Living Room, a housing information and referral program for low-income individuals and families who are homeless and affected by HIV/AIDS. Contact Living Room at 404-616-6332. Documentation of homelessness and HIV status is required. Residents are selected without regard to race, color, sexual orientation, age, religion, national origin or ancestry.

To be eligible for the Program for Adults you must:

have AIDS or symptomatic HIV disease
|
| |
be homeless
|
| |
be drug free
|
| |
be age 18 or older
|
| |
be able to care for yourself at time of admission
|
|
To be eligible for the Family Program you must:

be HIV+
|
| |
be homeless
|
| |
be drug free
|
| |
be age 18 or older
|
| |
be able to care for yourself at time of admission
|
| |
have physical custody of at least one child
|
|
To be eligible for the Scattered Site I Housing Program you must:

be HIV+

be age 18 or older

| |
be able to care for yourself and your children, if applicable, at time of admission
